Clear information
We explain symptoms, warning signs, self-care, and when to seek medical help without trying to diagnose the reader.
HamroSwasthya provides general health information for Nepali patients and families. It is designed to support understanding and informed conversations with health professionals; it is not personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clinical review
Published health guides are personally checked and approved by Dr Rupesh Puri, GP Registrar with University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, England.
We explain symptoms, warning signs, self-care, and when to seek medical help without trying to diagnose the reader.
We use national and international guidance where appropriate, including Nepal MoHP or EDCD, WHO, NHS, NICE, CDC, and peer-reviewed sources when needed.
Before publication, a doctor checks the information for clinical accuracy, safety, clear language, and appropriate advice on seeking care.
Careful review reduces the risk of mistakes, but it cannot make health information error-free. Typographical, translation, clarity, or factual errors can still occur, and medical guidance can change.
If you notice information that seems inaccurate, unclear, out of date, or incomplete, please email us. Please do not include personal health information in your message. We review reports and correct material errors where appropriate.
